A highly prized lieu-dit Chablis from the Pommier family with no influence of oak to preserve its fruit and saline characteristics. A single parcel wine on Kimmeridgian soil and named after an ancient apple variety called Reinettes. Aromas and flavours of citrus confit, Granny Smith, lemony minerality, and moderately dry and sneaky long finish.
