Only the best Chardonnay parcels are selected for this particular cuvée. Fully fermented and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years before release. Approximately 10% reserve wine was added in its final blend. Exotic fruits, ripe citrus, quince and toasted brioche flavours are quite distinctive in this flagship wine, with a long, lingering finish. 1,000 bottles only.
