A blanc de blancs (100% Chardonnay) made from 4 different parcels in the Côte des Blancs Grands Crus : Cramant "Les Bergeries" (planted in 1984), Chouilly "Le Mont Áigu" (planted in 1970 and 1979) et "Les Caurés" (planted 2005 and 2011), and Oiry "Gros Mont" (planted in 1969).
Base vintage of 2019 with 17 % reserve wine (from Prisme.18) added in its final blend. Raised in stainless steel vats with MLF. Aged for a minimum of 40 months before release. Dosage 2.5g/L.
