One of Florian's flagship wines. Fermented in large wooded foudre. 100% Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery 1er Cru of lieu-dit "Les Alouettes" and blended with 15% solera reserve wines. Aged for a minimum of 5 years on lees before disgorgement. Highly mineral with a strong backbone of bright citrus, lemon peel, a faint touch of spring herbs, very light Chantilly cream and tones of chalky salinity. Base vintage 2017.
